FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)

 

 Q:  How do I see my previous orders?

A:  Once you login, you will be directed to your Account page.  There you will find all past orders.   

Q:  How do I track my orders?

A:  First, login to your account.  You will then be directed to your Account page.  The Account page shows all past orders.  Click on the Order Number corresponding to the item(s) you wish to track.    Next to each item will be a Track shipment link.  If you do not see a link OR the link is grayed out, your item is still being processed.  Once the item has left our warehouse and handed off to a delivery service such as USPS, UPS, or FedEX, you will receive an email from us and the Track shipment link will then be active.   

Q:  How do I change my password?

A:  Once you login to your account, click the Log Out link on your Account page.  Then simply begin the login process again, but use the "Forgot my password" link instead of entering your current password.  You will receive an email giving you further instructions and allowing you to change your password.

Q: Why the name Happy Healthy Pampered Pet? 

A: Well, we wanted a name that would say everything about our store and products, all at once.  We want every pet to be Happy.  We want every pet to be Healthy.  We want every pet to have their best live and be pampered with love.  So we smooshed them all together and voila, HappyHealthyPamperedPet!
